Angle45 is a cloud-based SaaS platform that enables clinics to manage:

Appointments
Patient records

Billing & invoices
Clinic operations
User roles & staff accounts

We provide access to the software; we do not operate your clinic or manage your patients.

2. Accounts & Registration

To use the Service, you must:

Provide accurate information
Keep your credentials confidential
Ensure your staff follow your internal privacy rules

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. License to Use the Service

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Angle45 for your clinic operations.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the system
Sell, resell, or sublicense the platform
Attempt unauthorized access or disrupt the service

4. Clinic Responsibilities

Clinics are solely responsible for:

Managing patient data entered into the system
Ensuring compliance with applicable medical privacy laws
Managing employee access (doctors, receptionists, admins)
Accuracy of records and medical information entered

We are not liable for medical decisions, errors, or misinformation entered by clinic staff.

5. Subscription, Fees & Payments

6. Data Ownership

8. Limitation of Liability

Angle45 is provided “as is.”

We are not responsible for:

Loss of data caused by clinic misuse
Incorrect patient data entered by users
Medical or clinical mistakes made using the system
Financial losses, indirect damages, or service downtime

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months of service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

Policy violations
Non-payment
Security threats
Illegal use of the platform

Clinics may terminate their subscription at any time.

Upon termination:

You may request data export
Data may be permanently deleted after a retention period

10. Third-Party Services

Any integrations or external services (hosting, analytics, payment gateways) are governed by their own terms.
